We ship within 24 hours after receiving your order. All paid orders received Monday through Friday before 14:00 MEZ (GMT+1 hour) will usually be shipped to you on the same day. The only exception is if a product is currently not in stock. In that case you will find the expected delivery time on the product page. Orders received after 14:00 MEZ (GMT+1 hour) and orders received on weekends and holidays, will be shipped on the next workday.
If you choose to pay in advance, then we await the receipt of your payment on our account before shipping the product.

Delivery time is normally 24-48 hours in Germany and 2-5 days for all other EU countries. Order will be shipped via DHL and DPD in Germany and with DPD and DHL to the other EU countries.
