Right of revocation
Customers have a legal right to withdrawal. Under these terms and conditions customers are considered to be natural entities that enter into a business relationship but do not act as independent contractors or as a commercial business.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a 14 day period following receipt of the goods. The customer can withdraw from the contract by sending a written note (e.g. letter, email) or – if he already received the merchandise – by returning the merchandise. Giving a reason is not required. The 14 day period starts from the day of receipt of this Right of Withdrawal explanation in writing but not before the actual receipt of products by the customer. Compliance with the deadline is determined by either the sending date of the notification or the postal date of the return shipment.

Consequences of Cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation the mutually provided goods and services shall be returned and, if applicable, any benefits enjoyed (e. g. interest) surrendered. In case the customer cannot return the received goods and services in total or in part or only in deteriorated condition, the customer has to, if applicable, provide compensation. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods were due exclusively to their inspection - as would have been possible in a retail shop for example. The customer can avoid the obligation for compensation by not using the goods, as if they were his/her property, and by refraining from doing anything, that could impair their value. Goods that can be dispatched as parcels have to be returned at our risk.

Customers residing in Germany are responsible for the cost of said return, if the supplied merchandise corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the goods does not exceed 40 Euro, or in case the goods have a higher value, if the payment or contractually arranged payment installment has not yet been rendered by the customer. In all other cases, the return of the goods is free of charge to the customer. Goods that can be dispatched as parcels have to be returned at our risk. Goods that cannot be returned as parcels will be collected from your address. Obligations to return payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For the customer this period starts with the dispatch of the declaration of cancellation or the return of merchandise. For TAKEOFF24 this period starts with the receipt of returned merchandise. International customers (customers residing in any other EU country than Germany) are responsible for the cost of said return, if the supplied merchandise corresponds to the ordered. Otherwise the return is free of charge. Goods that cannot be returned as parcels will be collected from your address. Obligations to return payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For the customer this period starts with the dispatch of the declaration of cancellation or the return of merchandise. For TAKEOFF24 this period starts with the receipt of returned merchandise.
