How do I navigate the website?
We want your shopping experience to be as convenient and simple as possible. For this reason, we have created a very clear design and continuously work on making further improvements.
 
Product categories and detailed product pages:
To enter a product category use the navigation on the left. Click on the product group (e.g. trolleys, travel bags, travel accessories) to view all products within this product category. Click on a product to view the datailed product page. Here you will find all the relevant information (detailed description, pictures, price, delivery time). With yet another click, you can place the product into your shopping cart.
The product catagory that you are viewing is highlighted on the left-side navigation, so you always know exactly where you are.
To return to the product category, click the Back button (bottom left) on the product page. You can also navigate back or directly into any other product category by clicking on the appropriate category in the left navigation.
To return to the home page, click Home in the upper horizontal navigation or on the TAKEOFF24 logo on the top left of the page.
 
Product Images:
All product images can be enlarged by clicking on the picture. You can move the picture anywhere on your screen. You can zoom photos, open multiple images at the same time and organize them side-by-side on the screen. To close an enlarged photo, just click on the picture. For many products, there are several images. To view an images, just click on the photo you would like to see or use the arrows on the top of the photo window to display all images as a slide show.
 
Search function:
The search function is located in the top horizontal navigation. Here you may enter a search word, and the results will show a complete range of items related to that particular word.
 
Customer Information Area:
Answers to your questions regarding delivery time, delivery costs, types of payment, returns, right of withdrawal and data protection are located in the customer information area on the top right side of the screen. You may also use our contact form. By entering your email address and a message, you can quickly and easily contact us.

How long does it take until I receive my order?
We ship Monday through Friday. Within Germany shipping usually takes 24-28 hours after placing the order. Deliveries to other EU countries normally take 2-5 days. If you order on a weekend or a German public holiday the package will be shipped on the following workday. If you have chosen to pay in advance, then we ship immediately upon receipt of payment on our account. More detailed information can be found in the category shipping costs.
  
How much are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs depend on the location of destination. We have the EU countries split into zones. Higher order totals may reduce the shipping costs or lead to free delivery. Detailed information can be found in the category shipping costs. The shipping fee is charged once per each order even if it is necessary to send multiple packages. Any subsequent deliveries are free of charge.
 
Will I be notified if a product is not in stock?
All product descriptions include availability. Should it happen that your order cannot be shipped within the given delivery time, we will notify you immediately. If you paid already, then you will receive an immediate refund.
 
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept the following payment options:
- Prepayment (3% discount)
- Credit card
- PayPal, the worldwide leading online payment system
- ClickandBuy, convenient and secure using your preferred means of payment such as debit, credit card, or invoice
- Sofortüberweisung.de, a TÜV-tested innovative payment system

What if I need to make an exchange or a return?
Please contact us. Contacting us is not mandatory to be able to withdraw from the contract. For detailed information on how to make a return, see our return policy section .
 
What about the warranty?
The warranty is subject to the statutory provisions for consumers and is 24 months. If manufacturers grant additional warranties, this information will be provided on the product page.
 

Languages:

The contract of purchase can be concluded in German or English.

 
Will my personal information be kept confidential?
YES! TAKEOFF24 guarantees the protection of customer data. Your personal data will neither be sold to nor exchanged with other companies. We strictly follow to the Privacy Policy. Please read our Data Security information.
