Point the Dazer II toward the approaching animal. Press the button to activate the Dazer II for 1-2 seconds. Repeat as necessary to repel or stop the animal. Although the animal will hear the high frequency sound at 20 feet (7 meters) or more, the sound will be most discomforting at 5-15 feet (2-5 meters).
